20 YEARS AFTER TRAGIC CRASH KILLED THREE EL DORADO HILLS TEENS, VICTIM'S MOTHER RELEASES MOVING MEMOIR

This August marks 20 years since a deadly accident shook the community of El Dorado Hills, and claimed the lives of three beloved local teens, including 16-year-old Tiare Richards. To mark this poignant anniversary and honor her daughter's memory, Author Lisa Scannell (Tiare's mother), has released Her Life Through My Eyes - A Tribute to Tiare, an intimate and powerful account of her daughter's vibrant life and the journey through grief that followed her untimely passing.

Through vivid storytelling and shared memories from family and friends, Her Life Through My Eyes captures the essence of a daughter whose light shone brightly, the profound effect the 2005 crash had on so many, and the raw truth of living with loss.

"This book is my way of keeping Tiare's spirit alive, while also acknowledging the pain of losing her," Scannell said. "Tiare's leadership, kind nature, and boundless enthusiasm for life always stood out, and it's never seemed fair that someone with such a bright spirit had so little time to shine."
